We are finding that our Roads and Sewers Adoptions team is very popular with our clients, who have Bond over run charges on old sites that require some works to hand over to local authority, our team is growing year upon year and we feel we are fairly unique, we not only have dedicated road and sewers teams but we have a Play Equipment team and Landscape Maintenance Team.

Our Road and Sewer teams speak for themselves with the quality they produce and our Play Equipment Team not only repair and maintain equipment for Management companies and Local Authorities but also provide full design and install, this coupled with our Landscaping Team, we carry out ground maintenance and bin emptying.

Our clients especially like our service as a one stop shop where, we meet the Local Authority, ManCo, Water company and compile a remedial list with them, we then price this up and liase with our clients during the process.

We have a number of clients where we have been given a list of completed developments that are causing financial strain on Bond overrun charges.

We sit down with each client and listen to what their requirements and urgent needs are. We then produce an action plan and programme to help assist in forecasting coasts for them. We cannot of course predict the future but what we find our clients like is certainty that the site road and sewer and POS areas are being progressed professionally and to agreed coasts.

We have a long standing relationship with United Utilities PLC, Welsh water and Severn Trent, where we have worked closely with on behalf of our clients, along with various Local Highways Authorities throughout the Northwest.

As part of our Road and Sewer Adoptions Service we also compile and complete a full Health and Safety file in accordance with each governing body and produce a full As Built Survey upon completion, we do review what information is available by the client and anything missing can then be sourced accordingly.
